November Green Drinks with award winning broadcaster and journalist, Mary Mulvihill.

You'll be pleased to know that in November, Green Drinks will be returning to the usual first Tuesday of the month. So that's Tuesday 3rd November from 6pm in Trinity Science Gallery - put it in your diary!
In November, we are proud to present Mary Mulvihill, an award-winning science writer and broadcaster, whose talk will be entitled: Drive like a Woman, Shop like a Man: how knowing a little science can help us live more sustainably.
Mary will explain how neuroscience can help us change our habits, and how silencing our 'inner reptile' can lead us to a better diet and save us time and money. Plus: the physics of boiling water and cooking under pressure, the chemistry of half-price shampoo, and the one chemical every home should have lots of.
But Mary's talk comes with a health warning: she promises to mess with your brain - and if time allows, may even eat some deodorant!
