Delivery

  • Can I send an order to more than one address?

    Unfortunately not. If you want your order delivered to different locations, you need to place a separate order for each address.

  • Do I need to sign for delivery?

    Most orders will need to be signed for. If you're out then a calling card will be left and re-delivery can be arranged at a convenient time for you. Alternatively, you will be able to collect the item from your local post office depot.

  • Do you deliver to my country/area?

    If you live in the UK or Ireland, the answer is a resounding yes! We also deliver to most of Europe, Canada and North America. Just add a product to your basket to see our list of delivery regions. If you are unsure if we serve your area, contact us and a member of our team will be happy to assist.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Normally, when you order a regular in stock item before 12pm, we dispatch it the same day and it will be in your hands within 3 working days.

    If you wish to be assured of delivery times and prices, please contact us before placing an order. That said, if you need your item in double quick time, contact us and we'll bend over backwards to make it happen.

  • How much is delivery to mainland UK?

    Delivery to mainland UK costs between £0.00 to £5.95 but we're hoping to reduce this amount real soon.

  • How much is delivery to Northern Ireland?

    Delivery to mainland UK costs between £0.00 to £5.95. (Keep your eyes peeled for the free delivery logo!) However, there are some exceptions - Brompton Bikes cost £20 to deliver, as do our natural rugs. Large and custom made items (such as furniture) cost varying amounts to deliver, depending on the quantity ordered, but this rarely exceeds £90. Please don't hesitate to contact us for an exact quote.

  • How much is delivery to the Republic of Ireland?

    Delivery to the Republic of Ireland costs between €0.00 to €8.50. (Keep your eyes peeled for the free delivery logo!) There are some exceptions - Brompton Bikes cost €20 to deliver, and our natural rugs cost €36.95. Large and custom made items (such as furniture) cost varying amounts to deliver, depending on the quantity ordered, but this rarely exceeds €99. Please don't hesitate to contact us for an exact quote.

Gift Vouchers

  • Can I buy a Leaf Living gift voucher?

    Yes, just visit our Gift Guide Section. We have lots of themed vouchers, you can add a personalised message and have them electronically delivered on a date of your choosing. Easy peasy.

  • Do I have to spend the exact amount on my gift voucher?

    If the order is more than the value of the gift voucher then a credit card will be needed to pay the balance. If the order is less than the value of the voucher then we issue a credit for the remaining unused amount.

  • Do Leaf Living gift vouchers expire?

    The certificate code is valid for one year. However, you can contact Customer Service by email to renew the gift voucher at any time.

  • How do I redeem my gift voucher online?

    Just enter your unique gift voucher code into your Shopping Basket, right before you checkout.

  • How will my gift voucher be shipped?

    All gift vouchers are sent by email. Perfectly eco friendly, eh?

Placing an order

  • How do I place an order?

    See something earth friendly you'd like to own? Just select the quantity you want and click 'Add to Basket'.
    When you're finished shopping, simply select your delivery region (and enter a promotional code if you're lucky enough to have one).
    Finally, grab hold of your credit card, click 'Checkout' and follow the instructions from there...

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    If we receive your order before 15:00 we normally send it out the same day and it is normally delivered within 48 hours (2 working days). However, please allow one further week in case of any unforeseen delays.  Products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control.   • I have a promo code. How do I use it?

    Just enter your promo code into the Shopping Basket, before checking out.

  • If I want to recieve an item in time for Christmas, by when should I order it?

    If you want to give Leaf Living gifts to your loved ones this Christmas, we recommend you order before 12pm on 22nd December for the UK and 21st December for the rest of Europe.

  • Is it possible to collect my order?

    If you are in the UK, it is possible to collect your order from your local post office. It is currently not possible to collect your order from our warehouse. However, if you have special requirements please contact us and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you. Alternatively, at the checkout there is a box where you can write any special instructions that you may have.

  • Is the information I give you secure?

    All of your transactions with Leaf Living are secure.

    Our secure server encrypts all of your personal information (including name, address, credit card number) so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. When you enter this information it is captured on a page that uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol by default. Leaf Living Limited provides you with the best possible protection on the Internet, and we never pass on your details to anyone.

  • What are Cookies and how do I enable them?

    Cookies enable your web browser to communicate with our website. You must have cookies enabled to shop on www.leafliving.com.

  • What browser do I need to shop?

    Our site has been optimized to function with all web browsers.

  • What forms of payment can I use?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards.

  • Will all the items in my order arrive at the same time?

    Not necessarily. This will depend on what you order and where it's being delivered to. Leaf Living operates from a number of warehouses in the UK and Ireland and not all stock is necessarily in all the warehouses all the time.

    So, in order to deliver each product to you as quickly as possible as well as to keep delivery emmissions and the cost of delivery as low as possible, your purchases may arrive separately.

Products

  • Are all your products in stock all of the time?

    Nine times out of ten, the answer is yes, and your item will be dispatched within 48 hours of your order placement.  A few select items (such as our rugs and indoor furniture) are hand made specifically to your requirements, and so naturally take longer to prepare. 

    For all other items, we have a stock light system to show you which products are in stock at any given time.  Red indicates the item is ‘Out of Stock’, yellow means the item has a ‘Low Stock’ level and green means we’re good to go!  If you order something that is marked as ‘Out of Stock’ we’ll be in contact ASAP to give you an estimated dispatch date for the desired item.

    Due to the nature of Fair Trade, most of our fairly traded gifts are indicated as having a ‘Low Stock’ level.  These items are not mass produced and by purchasing you are supporting small communities in developing countries all across the globe.  At Leaf Living we are proud to support Fair Trade by providing these ethical products, but this means a high stock level of these items cannot always be guaranteed.

  • How environmentally friendly are your products?

    The products sold on www.leafliving.com are environmentally friendly either because of the materials they are made from - for example recycled, reclaimed, biodegradable or certified organic - or because they have other environmental attributes such as energy efficiency. Returns & Refunds

  • If I return an item will you cover delivery costs?

    If you receive the wrong item or your purchase is faulty, then absolutely, we will cover the cost of returning the item.

  • Is there anything I can’t return?

    Due to their nature, some items cannot be returned (e.g. earrings for pierced ears, underwear, lingerie, personal grooming products, toiletries and perishable goods). Also we cannot accept the return of CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media, software or videos where the seal is broken.

    Please note also that we will not accept the return of any goods after 30 days.

  • What is your returns policy?
