Can I buy a Leaf Living gift voucher?
Yes, Leaf Living gift vouchers can be purchased by clicking in the gift voucher box on the home page.

Do I have to spend the exact amount on my gift voucher?
If the order is more than the value of the gift voucher then a credit card will be needed to pay the balance. If the order is less than the value of the voucher then we issue a credit for the remaining unused amount.

Do Leaf Living gift vouchers expire?
The certificate code is valid for one year. However, you can contact Customer Service by email to renew the gift voucher at any time.

How do I redeem my gift voucher online?
Gift voucher codes are entered at the payment stage of the checkout.

How will my gift voucher be shipped?
All gift vouchers are sent by email.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will prepare your order within one working day and deliver most items within the following 5 working days. However, please allow one further week in case of any unforeseen delays. How much is delivery to Northern Ireland?
Delivery to Northern Ireland costs £1.99 for all items except rugs and furniture. Delivery of rugs costs £20. Furniture delivery costs depend on the quantity ordered but is usually not more than £80. Please don't hesitate to contact us for an exact quote.

How much is delivery to the Republic of Ireland
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland costs €8.50 for all items except rugs and furniture. Delivery of rugs costs €30. Furniture delivery costs depend on the quantity ordered but is usually not more than €99. Please don't hesitate to contact us for an exact quote.

How much is delivery to the UK?
Delivery to the UK is free for all items except furniture. Furniture delivery costs depend on the quantity ordered but is usually not more than £80. Please don't hesitate to contact us for an exact quote.

Is it possible to collect my order?
It is currently not possible to collect your orderhowever, if you have special requirements please contact us and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you. Alternatively, at the checkout there is a box where you can write any special instructions that you may have.

Will all the items in my order arrive at the same time?
Not necessarily. This will depend on what you order and where it's being delivered to. Leaf Living operates from a number of warehouses in the UK and Ireland and not all stock is necessarily in all the warehouses all the time. So, in order to deliver each product to you as quickly as possible as well as to keep delivery emmissions and the cost of delivery as low as possible, the item ordered will normally come from the warehouse that's closest to you rather than necessarily go to the same warehouse first and then out again.

Are your eco products also Fair Trade?
The people who produce our eco products have good working conditions and pay. While we recognise that the Fair Trade scheme has many benefits for communities in developing countries that are part of the scheme, we have made an active decision that our products would be sourced as locally as possible in order to keep transport emmissions as low as possible and to support local suppliers and communities. Therefore our products are not necessarily part of the Fair Trade scheme as this normally involves shipping products all the way from Asia, South America or Africa at a significant environmental cost to the planet.

How environmentally friendly are your products?
The products sold on www.leafliving.com are environmentally friendly either because of the materials they are made from - for example recycled, reclaimed, biodegradable or certified organic - or because they have other environmental attributes such as energy efficiency.
