This is the original Yoga block!

It is made from recycled, non-toxic foam chips and provides superior grip between block surfaces for solid grounding.  This traditional yoga block offers comfortable and gentle support and can take the full body weight.

As this UK produced Yoga block is made from 100% recycled foam, the colour of the block you order may differ slightly from the picture provided. Each block has its own character and yours will be unique!

Size of the Full Yoga Block: 305mm x 205mm x 50mm

Size of the Half Yoga Block: 305mm x 205mm x 25mm

305mm x 205mm x 50mm block is particularly useful when needing to reduce the height of one's lift by less than 2"(5cm) in one go (i.e. in Virasana)
