Try putting a couple of drops of this therapeutic blend of oils on a tissue near your pillow, or, if you prefer, in a room burner just before bedtime.

A blend to drift away to with comforting Lavender and soothing Rose. Lavender is a classic oil with many uses but most often associated with relaxation and comfort. Mandarin is thought to relieve tension and calm, while Rose is thought to impart a sense of calm and happiness.
