Our living & dining range brings together eco-friendliness, social responsibility and excellence in quality and design.
Did you know that it takes about one-third of a pound of pesticides and fertilizers to grow enough non-organic cotton for just one T-shirt? As a matter of fact, each year, non-organic cotton producers around the world use more than 10 per cent of the world's pesticides and nearly 25 per cent of the world's insecticides.
This is why we use 100% organic cotton for our household fabric range. Grown in Turkey and handmade in Ireland, they are available in three unique designs inspired by the countryside.
Why organic cotton?
In developing countries, 50 to 91 per cent of non-organic cotton workers experience some type of health disorder. Growing organic cotton means health and ecological damage can be prevented so that human illness, environmental depletion and financial losses can be reduced. Organic cotton is less likely to trigger allergies: there are no harmful chemicals and organic cotton is more breathable.
