Yoga Mad Pleated Round Zafu

Zafus (literally meaning sitting cushion) are traditionally associated with Zen meditation. Our zafu is ideal for lotus or half-lotus style sitting meditation postures and is the most versatile size of cushion supporting a variety of postures.

There is a hidden zip that allows you to add or remove to the filling to adjust the loft or the softness to suit you.

Our cushion is pleated for extra durability and is filled with natural cotton batting. The cushion has a convenient handle for easy carrying.
