You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmissions through the Website. All information, designs, drawings and other specifications provided on the Website are the exclusive property of Leaf Living Limited. Any copying, transmission or re-transmission of the same requires the prior written approval of Leaf Living Limited.
Price of Goods
The price listed on the Website (the 'Price') for leafliving.com Products (the "Products") include VAT, where applicable, charged at current rates. The Price will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the Price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the Price for the Products on the Website is wrong. The Prices quoted are recommended prices, Prices are correct at the time of going to press.
Delivery
We offset the green house gas emmissions of customer delivery with Climate Care. Climate Care fund projects in green energy, energy efficiency and forest restoration around the world to reduce emissions on our behalf. To find out more about Climate Care and its projects, see www.climatecare.org.
The cost of offsetting your delivery emmissions is included in the delivery price as is insurance, should your goods be lost or damaged en route. The table below can be used as a general guide of our delivery prices.

Orders are charged to your credit card when you place your order. The delivery service normally requires a signature, so if you expect to be out when the delivery is due, please advise us of an alternative delivery address such as a neighbour's address.
Except for made-to-order Products, we endeavour to prepare your order within one working day of receipt and deliver most items within the following 5 working days. However, please allow one further week in case of any unforeseen delays. Products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the Products become your sole responsibility.
Please note on some occasions, Products may be out of stock, in which case your order will either be part-shipped, including advice on when the rest of the order will be dispatched, or we will inform you that your order is being held until a date when the stock is due to arrive.
Please also note that two of our product lines - our indoor furniture range (see below) and natural rugs - are handmade to order and delivery may therefore take longer. Rugs will typically be delivered within 10-14 days to the UK mainland and 14-21 days for Ireland. Our indoor furniture range can take up to 6-12 weeks depending on existing order volumes. If you wish to be assured of delivery times and prices, please contact us before placing an order and we will confirm this.
*The cost of furniture delivery depends on the size of the order and on the delivery address location. Therefore, before we dispatch the order you will be contacted with details of the delivery cost and the charge will then be applied accordingly. If you would like us to confirm the delivery charge before you place your order please contact us with the details of your order and we can give you a quote for this. In most cases delivery is a 2 man team who will set up your furniture in situ for you. Please inform us in advance if you have difficult circumstances for delivery ie: block of flats, limited access, long distance from road to door, no parking etc. In the unlikely event of your furniture being damaged when you receive it we will endeavour to rectify the damage at the earliest possible opportunity. Please note that our handcrafted furniture range is made from natural materials and therefore can be subject to natural changes dependant on its environmental conditions of which we cannot be held responsible. Similarly, sizes and colours can vary slightly because of the nature of reclaimed wood. Please note that beds and wardrobes are made in individual parts and dining tables are constructed with removable legs for ease of delivery and installation. All other items of furniture are made as complete pieces.
Please note there is currently a minimum order of £30 for Green Office products to UK customers (no minimum order for Ireland, including NI).

Claims
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce and made to order items such as our rugs and indoor furniture) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). Except for made to order Products (such as our rugs and indoor furniture), we can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. Except for made to order Products (such as our rugs and indoor furniture), if the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). If a Product is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund. Any claim cannot be entertained once the order has been signed for, any damage must be specified on the delivery docket and the parcel must be refused.
Accordance with Specification
Many of the Products are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the Products and keep specifications completely up to date. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the Products.
Safety
If any manuals or safety instructions are provided with the Products, you agree to read and follow carefully all the terms contained therein at all times. Any information contained on the Website is not meant to be comprehensive and if you are inexperienced in using the Products or are unsure of your abilities, you should always seek expert advice and assistance.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The information contained in the Website is for information purposes only and, although we have made every effort to ensure the correctness of the information contained herein, the information available through the Website is provided "as is" and "as available" and without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied. We do not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the materials available through the Website or from third parties will be correct, accurate timely, reliable or otherwise. We accept no liability in relation to any of the above other than as may be provided for under your statutory rights.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use the Website, any changes to the Website, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received or for any of the above-mentioned damages that result from the use or inability to use the Products. In no circumstances shall our liability and that of our suppliers to you and/or any third parties for any of the above exceed €200.
Propriety Rights to Content
You acknowledge that content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in either sponsor advertisements or email-distributed, commercially produced information presented to you by the Website, by us, or our advertisers or other content providers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.
Contract
Once you have placed an order we will send you confirmation of your order by e-mail. No contract will subsist between you and Leaf Living Limited or any partner store of Leaf Living Limited for a sale to you of any product or service unless and until leafliving.com or the Leaf Living Limited partner store accepts your order by email confirming that it has dispatched your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time leafliving.com sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to change the terms of use or policies regarding the use of the Website (including, in particular, those relating to price or availability) at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the terms of use on the Website.
General
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions which is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to any force majeure incident. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. The section titles in the terms of use are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.
Laws
The terms of use shall be governed by and construed fully in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ireland. If any provision(s) of the terms of use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
Termination
We may terminate the Website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. In addition, we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your Account for violation of the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions.
Returns
Unwanted Item: We at Leaf Living Limited view customer satisfaction as our number one priority. Therefore if you are unhappy with the item that you have purchased, please contact us for the return address and code required. Returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods for an exchange or refund (minus the outgoing delivery charge). Returned items must be unused/ unopened and in their original packaging, when trying on garments labels should not be removed and they should be replaced in the original packaging to return wherever possible. Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, this returns policy does not apply to personalised made-to-order goods (e.g. Products made to customer’s specifications, such as our rugs and indoor furniture). Also this does not apply to goods which, by reason of their nature cannot be returned (e.g. earrings for pierced ears, underwear, lingerie, personal grooming Products, toiletries and perishable goods). Also we cannot accept the return of CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media, software or videos where the seal is broken. Please note that we will not accept any goods back after 30 days.
Incorrect Item: Leaf Living Limited will, where applicable, dispatch a replacement item. In this instance you will be billed for the Item and a refund will be issued for the incorrect item. If we have sent out the incorrect item, leafliving.com will provide a full order refund (including the outgoing delivery charge). We will not refund the cost of returning the product to us. This product refund however is subject to the item being returned in a fully resaleable condition - unused/ unopened and in original packaging and when trying on garments labels should not be removed and they should be replaced in the original packaging to return wherever possible.
Trade Descriptions
We have made every effort to ensure photography, descriptions and details are accurate. However, slight differences in colours and textures may occur and manufacturers’ product specifications may change slightly after going to press. Please note all measurements are approximate.
Security
All of your transactions at Leaf Living Limited are secure. Our secure server encrypts all of your personal information (including name, address, credit card number) so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. When you enter this information it is captured on a page that uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol by default. Leaf Living Limited provides you with the best possible protection on the Internet.
Stock Availability
We do endeavour to hold stock at all times. However it is occasionally the case that only a limited amount of stock is available due to the specialist nature of either the goods or the suppliers who are often small families or collectives with limited manufacturing capacity. In some cases an item may prove to be extremely popular and we may have sold out of this item. If stock is not available for any reason then your order will either be part-shipped, including advice on when the rest of the order will be dispatched, or we will inform you that your order is being held until a date when the stock is due to arrive.
Queries about any of the Products or progress of an order are handled by our customer service staff, seven days a week from 09.00 to 17.00; out of these hours an answer phone service may operate.
