*Where a reservation holding deposit is paid and the tenant proceeds with a tenancy for an eligible property within the promotional period, Leaf Living may, subject to availability and at its discretion, offer a rent incentive equivalent to one calendar month’s rent. The incentive will be applied as a rent reduction to the third calendar month. This offer is time‑limited, non‑transferable, and may be amended or withdrawn prior to a reservation holding deposit being paid.
