We will guide you through the next steps once you have found your perfect home.
Complete an application form giving us the full details about your household.
After we review your application, you will pay a holding deposit which is equivalent to one weeks’ rent.
Once we have received your holding deposit, we will begin the referencing process. Our third-party agency will be in touch to gather additional information.
As we approach your move in date, you will receive a copy of your Tenancy Agreement and other documents to sign and return to us.
The final step is moving in. We will arrange a time and date where our team will meet you at your new home to hand over your keys.
