Burwell has a bustling village atmosphere with local amenities such as supermarkets, cafes and pubs. For larger shops and high street amenities, Newmarket is easily accessible only 3.5 miles away. Burwell is brimming with historical finds, from the 18th century museum to the Burwell Windmill, built in the 1820s. Further afield, the renowned university city of Cambridge offers historic sites and plenty of city luxuries.

Getting around Millstone Park is simplified with the B1102 that runs through Burwell - linking to Fordham in the north and the A14 in the south. The A14 connects you effortlessly to Cambridge in less than 30 minutes, as well as the M11 towards London. Travel by rail takes around 40 minutes to Cambridge and around an hour to London with a selection of stations to choose from (Newmarket station being only 15 minutes away).

You'll have plenty of great schooling options when you live at Millstone Park. Burwell Village College 3 minutes from the development is great for primary school level, while Newmarket has the Newmarket Academy and All Saints' CEVA School. For tertiary education needs, the world famous University of Cambridge is easily reachable by train or car.
