Pippin's Place is surrounded by its own 9 acre country park, boasting ample green space and open areas. Locally, the traditional market town of West Malling is within walking distance offering plenty of shops, artisan cafes, restaurants, pubs and a monthly Farmers' Market. Nearby attractions include the 900-year-old Malling Abbey, Manor Park and The Cascade – an ornamental waterfall depicted in a Turner painting.

Trains to London Victoria take around an hour from either West or East Malling Station, while high-speed 20 minute trains to St Pancras can be taken from Ebbsfleet which is a 30 minute drive from Pippin's Place. The development is just off the A20, with access to Juction 4 of the M20 as well as M25 and M26 Junction 2a. Gatwick Airport is around 45 minutes away, while Stansted Airport, Folkestone Eurotunnel and Dover port are all about an hour away.

Pippin's Place is perfectly placed for local schools, with several primary schools taking 4 to 11 year-olds within a 5 minute drive. For senior students, The Malling School with a sixth form caters for years 11-19 only 1.5 miles away. Just outside of the ten mile radius, there are two independent schools offering sixth form for girls and co-ed respectively.
