Situated in Lincolnshire, Stamford town centre is less than a mile away from the development. Offering a great selection of shops, restaurants and pubs, the town also hosts a weekly Friday market offering great local produce. For outdoor adventures, Rutland Waters is only a short drive away.

Stamford train station is only a mile away from the development, with regular trains that connect you to Birmingham, Leicester, Peterborough and Stansted Airport. By road, the A1 is only three miles away connecting you to great motorway links.

Stamford has a good selection of schools for all ages, as well as the Stamford College for older children. The town has plenty of leisurely activities on offer from the Stamford Corn Exchange Theatre, to recreational sports parks and the nearby Burghley Park Golf Club.
