Wendelburie Rise is part of Isle Valley View, the first phase of development at Stanton Cross, an exciting new community on the edge of the market town of Wellingborough. Green spaces are within easy reach, including Irchester Country Park with 200 acres of woodland, and Stanwick Lakes, a 750-acre nature reserve.  

The A45 provides a convenient route to Northampton, 12 miles away, or the M1, 15 miles. Wellingborough railway station is less than a mile away, and has direct trains to London St Pancras - perfect for commuters to the city.

A wide selection of schools are within a few miles, and later in its development Stanton Cross will also include two new primary schools (including Stanton Cross Primary School) and a secondary school for the children living in the community.
