1. THE PROMOTER 
• The Promoter is Leaf Living Limited of Office 1.06, 16-19 Eastcastle Street, London, W1W 8DY (the Promoter). 

2.      TERMS 

• These standard terms and conditions (Terms) constitute the entire agreement between a Referrer and/ Referred Friend and the Promoter with respect to the matters set forth herein, and no oral statements or prior written matter not specifically incorporated herein shall be of any force or effect at the time of entering the Promotion and/or redeeming the Reward. 
• These Terms apply to the Promotion and by making a Qualifying Referral you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. 
• Reward means a 250.00 Love2shop voucher to the Referrer and separately the Referred Friend in accordance with these Terms. 

3.      PROMOTION PERIOD 

• The Promotion shall open at 9:00 24th June 2024 (the Opening Date) and close at 23:59 on 31st December 2026 (the Closing Date). 
• All Entries (i) received after the Closing Date, and/ or (ii) that do not meet all Eligibility Requirements are automatically disqualified. 
• For the avoidance of doubt the Reward is not redeemable in respect of any other property owned or managed by the Promoter. 
• The Promoter will not accept: 

                                                        i.            Responsibility for Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or 
ii. Proof of transmission as proof of receipt of Qualifying Referral to the Promotion. 

 

4.      ELIGIBILITY 

• For both the Referee and Referrer to qualify for the Reward, the Referrer must have notified the team at Leaf Living in writing of the referral and meet the following criteria ("Qualifying Referral"): 

"Referrer"

1. A Referrer is a resident of Leaf Living who has an active tenancy agreement with Leaf Living and is not in breach of the tenancy agreement. 
2. Has referred a Referred Friend by passing the referral to the team at Leaf Living. 
3. Must currently hold a tenancy at a Leaf Living home 

"Referred Friend"

         The Referred Friend must: 

                                                        i.            Enter into a tenancy agreement with the Promoter (or with any legal entity the Promoter directs). 

                                                      ii.            Complete all associated paperwork and pass any checks required by the Promoter and 

                                                    iii.            Pay their first full month of rent and deposit. 

                                                    iv.            Moved into a Leaf Living property.

         Any terms not defined in these Terms shall have the same meaning as defined in your contract with Leaf Living. 

         In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim a Reward. 

         By making a Qualifying Referral, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. 

         The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible for the Reward, and by applying for the Reward, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. 

         There is a limit of one (1) reward per household per referral, for the qualifying referral and the qualifying referrer. Residents can make multiple referrals. 

         Referrals on behalf of another person and/ or Referrer will not be accepted. For the avoidance of doubt, the incentive will only be given to the person named on the tenancy agreement. 

 

5.      THE PROMOTION 

         The Referrer who submits a Qualifying Referral before the Closing Date will be eligible for a 250 Love2shop voucher. 

         The Referred Friend who enters a qualifying tenancy and meets the eligibility criteria set out will also be eligible for a 250 Love2shop voucher. 

         This will be given to both the Referrer and Referred Friend, the month following the move-in of the Referred Friend. 

         Referrers that are eligible are responsible for all other costs and arrangements associated with their tenancy agreement

 

6.      ANNOUNCEMENT 

         The Referrer who has successfully submitted a Qualifying Referral will be contacted by the Promoter within one month of their Referred Friend moving into the Property. The Promotor will clearly advise both parties how to claim this offer. 

         Referrers and Referred Friends will have 7 days from being notified to claim their Reward. If either party have not claimed their Reward within this period, the respective party loses their right to claim their Reward. 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

• Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Referrer and/ or entrant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Promotion and/ Reward except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any disappointment of any kind suffered by any entrant in entering the Promotion, including those as a result of any entrant being rewarded or not rewarded with a Reward. 

8.      DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY 

         You agree that the Promoter may use your name, for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes. 

         You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter. 

         By entering the Promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the Qualifying Referral may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the Promotion. 

9.      GENERAL 

• The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any Qualifying Referrer if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of these Terms or any applicable law. Each Referrer acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with these Terms could lead to the Promoter disqualifying that person, without the Promoter giving any reason for such disqualification or granting any opportunity for challenge. 
• The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to rescind any Qualifying Referrer for both parties if either party terminates their tenancy early. 
• The Promoter reserve the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Promotion and/or Terms without notice and at its sole discretion where it becomes necessary to do so, including for any event that is outside of the Promoter's reasonable control. Any changes to these Terms, or cancellation of the Promotion, will be posted on the Promoters website (www.leafliving.com). It is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to these Terms. 
• This Promotion is subject to limited availability and will be available on a first come first served basis. The Rewards are not transferable to another individual and no alternatives will be offered. 
• These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including the Promotion), existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
